I have studied and practiced yoga for over 25 years and began my journey to train as a Yoga Teacher in June 2015 completing training in Well Woman Yoga.  I then went on to complete a 300 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training. My classes are nurturing and empowering, relaxing and uplifting, providing emotional and physical support to guide you through all life stages. I teach  Yoga to love yourself and your body! Classes are welcoming and friendly and suitable for all, from beginners to more established yoginis.

I’m so passionate about Womens Health.  I originally trained in Well Woman Yoga (then called Womb Yoga) and I was blown away by how it made me feel, the benefits. At the time I was going through peri menopause and feeling pretty out of sorts to be honest, hormones flying everywhere, anxiety levels high, sleepless nights etc etc. It inspired me to continue my training journey and to teach others and I continue my training, updating my skill sets, with some of the most inspiring teachers around the World.
So the first class I taught was Well Women (then called Womb Yoga) to my therapy clients, and pretty much all of them have stayed with me. This class is dear to my heart, I welcome you in and hold space for you to be however you need to be. And it works, for us as women it really does. Rebalances hormones, recognises our needs, our stress and our anxiety levels and helps to soothe them. Suitable for all women at all life stages, maiden, mother, enchantress, crone. Fertility, maternity, postnatal, menopause, all women. Connects us to our inner goddess our Shakti Power. On a physical level we focus on our hips, our womb space, our heart. All the things that shape us as women. The practice is specifically designed to nurture women. To love ourselves, to care for ourselves. And that makes us feel good.

TLC YOGA FOR ALL – every Wednesday  6.30pm – 7.30pm online on Zoom

What’s our Wednesday Evening class like? – It’s a gentle slow paced class, focusing on de stressing the mind and the body, building our immune system, nurturing stretches, always checking in with how we’re feeling, always ending with a delicious rest and Reiki meditation.
Who comes to this class? – anyone and everyone, men and women! It’s a lovely friendly class, suitable for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or not. Zoomboomroom is open at 6.15 if you’d like a chat before.
Do I have to have my camera on? – No! If you prefer to practice in private I’m fine with that, either way the only person you can see during class is me in all my imperfect glory!
Do I have to be bendy? – not at all! I teach yoga to love yourself, to nurture your body, to soothe your mind. To build a more healthy relationship with yourself.
We play beautiful relaxing music, a mix of contemporary and more yoga inspired music

SUNSHINE SOULSHINE YOGA – every Sunday 9am – 10am WI Hall Bellingham Lane Rayleigh, online on Zoom and in the Summer in my Garden

What’s our Sunday morning class like? – It’s an uplifting joyful class, focusing on raising the energy, de stressing the mind and the body, building our immune system.
We have fun in this class with a mix of all types of music, 60s, 70s, 80s as well as the traditional yogic music, we’re a bit old skool! Music raises our spirits and this practice reflects that, we work a little harder but always checking in with how we’re feeling, ending as always with a delicious rest and Reiki meditation.
Who comes to this class? – anyone and everyone! It’s a lovely friendly class, suitable for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or not. Lots of options given Zoomboomroom is open at 8.45am if you’d like a chat and catch up before.
